Vision / Mission: To become the leading producer and provider of high quality eggs and meat in Ghana.

Goals /Objective:  To start with 30,000 layers in the first year.  To produce 40,000 crates of eggs every 2 weeks. To increase our capacity to 60,000 layers within 2 years.

Product: To produce high quality eggs to meet the high demand of eggs in the country- Ghana.

Unique Selling Point-Target Market and Competition: Our eggs are produced in a highly hygienic environment with minimum contacts with humans. Our targets would be Hotels, Registered Distributors, Restaurants and other government institutions such hospitals, Army, Police service etc.

Crop Production: We seek to produce grain crops such as maize, millet, guinea corn etc., and vegetable crops such as: tomatoes, garden eggs, peppers, lettuce, cabbages, cucumber, spring onions, carrots etc.

Marketing: Our products would be advertised on television, radio and other medium.

Requirements: Acquisition of Land, Build Structures (fully automated machinery) , trucks or cars, e.g. brooder house, layer houses, borehole water supply,  lighting, feeders, drinkers, feeds, vaccines, vaccine coolers, fridges, staff, letterheads, stationary, etc.

Operational Hierarchy:  President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director, Project manager, Accountant, Marketing manager, Personnel manager, Farm manager, and Site supervisor.
